Find the right size
All WillBBQ grills are versatile and skewer-friendly, but each size offers unique benefits. The 18cm and 26cm widths are both compact and practical—perfect for skewers, yet equally capable for grilling seafood, vegetables, or meats. The 26cm offers more room for shared cooking, while the 35cm adds extra width and an extra-thick, heavy-duty build for demanding or commercial use. For length, 80cm and 100cm suit families and casual BBQs. The 120cm and 150cm sizes are built for large events, catering, or markets.

Start your charcoal
To start charcoal, pile briquettes or lump charcoal into our chimney starter and place crumpled newspaper or a natural firelighter underneath. Light from the bottom and wait 15–20 minutes until the top coals turn grey with ash. Carefully pour the hot coals into your WillBBQ grill, and you’re ready to cook. Prepare the meat
Choose well-marbled cuts like chicken thighs, lamb shoulder, or sirloin. For skewers, cut into even 2–3 cm cubes and slice against the grain. Marinate with herbs, spices, or acidic sauces for at least 30 minutes. For larger cuts, score the surface to help flavors penetrate. Let all meat sit at room temperature before grilling.
